International Chemical Investors (ICIG) has successfully closed the acquisition of inprotec AG from Paragon Partners.

inprotec offers its clients longstanding experience as the leading contract manufacturer for industrial drying and granulation services using fluidized-bed spray granulation, coating, matrix encapsulation and spray drying technologies.

With approximately €65 million of sales and 270 employees, the company is characterized by a superb reputation, strong customer relationships and operates two production sites in Heitersheim and Genthin.

The signing of the transaction was announced in late October and has since received the customary antitrust clearance approvals.
