At the Krefeld chemical site, mainly superabsorbents are produced on an area of around 17 hectare. The product range extends from superabsorbents for the hygiene industry to special polymers for agriculture and the cable and packaging industry. Superabsorbents are powdered polymers that are used as absorbent materials in diapers and other hygiene products.
